Kids’ Yoga Classes
Kids’ Yoga Classes bring a playful yet mindful approach to movement for children ages 4–12. Offered as weekly classes or special workshops, these sessions help young learners build strength, flexibility, and focus in a supportive, engaging environment.
															Each class incorporates storytelling, animal-themed poses, and creative games to spark imagination while promoting coordination and balance. Children learn simple breathing techniques that can help them manage emotions, improve concentration, and feel more confident in daily life.
Whether in schools, community centers, or private group settings, Kids’ Yoga Classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable for varying needs and abilities. The aim is not perfection in poses but joy in movement, self-awareness, and connection with others.
Bring joy and mindfulness to your child’s special day with a fun, engaging yoga session! For a flat rate of $100, I offer one-hour classes for up to 10 children, perfect for birthdays, playdates, or group events in the Indianapolis area.
